Enjoy this 3 bedroom 1.5 bath lakeside retreat on 0.7 acres of rural lakeside property with privacy from neighbors and beautiful views! On the property you can enjoy 260 feet of direct waterfront access, use of 3 kayaks, a paddle board, and a dock for fishing and relaxing/taking in the beautiful sunrise and sunsets.
the house is located on whitney pond you can paddle all the way to and down the little androscoggin river or into the adjacent hogan pond!
